This policy explains how Truvanta Advisors Group LLC, doing business as My Medicare Solution by TA and My Family Protection by TA ("we", "us"), and licensed insurance agent Darel Gomez Soliz handle the information you share on this website.
What we collect
- Information you type in: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and your answers to our questions (for example, the month you turn 65 and whether you have employer coverage).
- Consent record: the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page address, and your IP address.
- Basic visit information: the ad or link that brought you here, your browser type, and cookies set by Meta (Facebook) to measure our advertising.
How we use it
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about Medicare and insurance options you asked about, including scheduling and reminding you of appointments.
- To show you the plans and organizations we represent in your county, as Medicare rules require.
- To keep the records Medicare marketing rules and insurance regulations require, such as consent and Scope of Appointment records.
- To measure whether our advertising works. We send Meta only standard conversion signals (for example, that a form was submitted) with your contact details in scrambled (hashed) form. We never send your answers about health coverage, doctors, or prescriptions to Meta or any advertising platform.
Calls and text messages
If you gave consent, we may contact you using automated or AI-assisted calls, prerecorded messages, and text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. To stop calls, tell us on any call or email us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our systems on our behalf: our customer relationship and messaging platform (HighLevel), our website host (Vercel), our phone and AI calling provider, and Zoom for educational classes.
- Insurance carriers, only when you choose to apply for or enroll in a plan.
- Regulators or others when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Recordings
Calls may be recorded for quality, compliance, and Medicare record-keeping. You will be told at the start of a call if it is being recorded.
Your choices

Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods Medicare and insurance rules require.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program to get information on all of your options.
